For Academic registration, if you are over 19 years old as of July 1, 2008 AND have NOT officially graduated through the Ministry of Education, you must have a current 2008 Education Plan on file with the Academic Advisor (Ruby Willems) at Lucas Centre to be eligible for tuition free registration.
